Incoming Kindergarteners Invited to Take A Sneak Peek at Woodland Primary School on May 4

Children entering kindergarten in the fall are invited to come with their families on Saturday, May 4 to the annual Sneak Peek event organized by Woodland Primary School and Woodland Transportation Department.

From 10 a.m. to noon, children and their families may tour the school, take a ride on a school bus, visit with the Lake County Sheriff's office canine team, visit with a therapy dog, touch a truck used on the streets of Gurnee by the Village Public Works Department, and hop on a Gurnee fire truck. Parents are also encouraged to sign up to be members of the Woodland PTA, which provides many fun and educational programs throughout the year for students.
