Industrial site sold for $3.04 million

ELK GROVE VILLAGE - A 51,700-square-foot industrial facility at 1425-1455 Tonne Road in Elk Grove Village has been sold to a private investor for $3.04 million, real estate brokers said.

John Joyce and Danny Vanecko of SVN | Chicago Industrial represented the purchaser. The asset sold for $58.85 per square foot, they said.

The building is located in the highly sought-after O'Hare Industrial region. This area is expected to see a continued strong demand because of its desirable infill location close to O'Hare International Airport and major highways, as well as its access to a strong labor pool, Joyce said in a news release.
