Baseball: Lake Park, Lisle, Naperville North win

Lake Park 3, Neuqua Valley 0:

Ryan Behling pitched a 6-hitter with 6 strikeouts and a walk as the Lancers (15-12, 12-9) took two of three in the DuPage Valley Conference series. Anthony DeConcilis drove in 2 runs.

Lisle 6, Reed-Custer 5:

A.J. Casmer, who had 3 RBI, and Damien Guerrero, who earned the save, each had 3 hits for the Lions (17-11, 11-4) in the Interstate Eight win. Emmett Malavia and Zack Heidenry had 2 hits. Connor Nigro was the winning pitcher.

Naperville North 2, Waubonsie Valley 1:

The Huskies (16-11, 10-10 DuPage Valley) won in the bottom of the 10th inning on Michael Bruebach's RBI single. Cliff Vickers picked up the win in relief of Jared Dunnett, who allowed 4 hits in 8 innings. Alex Lemmons allowed 5 hits in 7⅓ innings for Waubonsie Valley (5-22, 4-16).

Wheaton North 8, Naperville Central 0:

Jackson Gray fired a 3-hitter with 10 strikeouts and no walks for the Falcons (18-11, 14-7 DuPage Valley). Gray also went 3-for-4 with a double and 2 RBI. Joe Klein drove in 2 runs.

Glenbard South 5, WW South 4:

The Raiders (15-12) pulled away early by scoring 4 runs in the second inning. Ryan Creevy was the complete-game winning pitcher. Mike Paprota drove in 2 runs while Nick Atkinson had 2 hits. Mitch Sandleback went 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI for WW South (12-15).

Montini 10, Leyden 0:

Ben Steiner went 2-for-3 with 3 RBI and pitched a 5-inning 2-hitter with 5 strikeouts for the Broncos (17-10). Michael Koszewski had 2 hits and scored 2 runs.

Hinsdale Central 10, Glenbard West 0:

The Red Devils (9-13, 5-10 West Suburban Silver) broke open a scoreless game by scoring 6 runs in the third inning and 4 runs in the fourth. Winning pitcher Kyle Wisch struck out seven in a 2-hitter, and also drove in 2 runs. Peter Mercurio doubled, homered and had 4 RBI.
