Circuit clerk has become model of efficiency

If anyone has interacted with the Lake County Circuit Court Clerk's Office in the past, you know firsthand the office needed an upgrade. That's why I'm happy to see that the office has made serious strides at modernization these past few years under the new circuit clerk, Keith Brin.

The public now has 24/7 access to the court system, including electronic filing and viewing of court documents. This has been something we have needed for years, and it's finally here.

In fact, Lake County went from being behind the times to being heralded as a model for other counties, and even won an award for their new, user-friendly website.

There is much more work to be done, and Keith Brin is the best choice to lead these changes.
