Super G's Cheesesteaks open in downtown Barrington

Super G's Cheesesteaks has opened at 117 S. Hough St. in downtown Barrington.

"Super G's Cheesesteaks is a modern take on the classic American restaurant," said owner George Csahiouni. "While we focus on offering high-quality, authentic cheesesteaks, our menu also includes burgers, gyros, hot dogs, sandwiches, salads, as well as vegan options."

Officials from the Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce and village government recently gathered for a ceremony marking the official opening of Super G's.

The eatery is open 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday, with plans for adding Sunday hours in the coming months.
