Stop iPass stickers

So the Illinois Tollway folks are thinking about taking away my transponder and replacing it with a sticker that is not portable? I travel a lot and when I travel I rent a car. I take my iPass transponder with me. If the sticker idea is OK'd, I will instead have to pay the exorbitant surcharge fees car rental companies charge for using their toll devices. Put the brakes on this idea now.
