Lee & Associates, a large national commercial real estate firm with offices in Rosemont, has closed an industrial lease transaction for a 15,000-square-foot industrial space at 381 Randy Road in Carol Stream.

Jay Farnam and Steve Bass, senior vice presidents of Lee & Associates' Illinois office, represented the owner, Finch & Barry Properties, a local management / development company.

Savills Studley represented the tenant, Polygon.
