Kaneland 53, East Aurora 41: Jenni Weber scored a career-high 26 points to lead the Knights (12-1) to a nonconference win. Camri Conley added 13 points and 7 rebounds for Kaneland.

Riverside-Brookfield 51, Aurora Central Catholic 50: In a Metro Suburban West game that featured 22 3-pointers, Paige Miller hit 7 from beyond the arc to lead ACC with 21 points. Alex Johnston added 15 points for the Chargers (10-7, 3-2).
