Lombard retail center sells for $920K

LOMBARD - Marcus & Millichap, a commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, has sold a 11,500-square-foot multi-tenant retail property at 401-421 W. Crescent Blvd. in Lombard, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager of the firm's Chicago Oak Brook office.

The property received multiple offers from in-state and out-of-state buyers and sold in 27 days for $920,000. Adrian Mendoza, Austin Weisenbeck and Sean R. Sharko, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.

The Chicago-based 1031 exchange buyer purchased the property on an all cash basis.
