What is Naperville's real agenda?

There is more to the Naperville Township Road Commissioner vs the City of Naperville than free mulch as some residents have mentioned.

The major issue is future taxes for all Naperville Townships and city residents. Mayor Chirico has also threatened forced annexation on smaller unincorporated parcels.

My past experience with annexation indicates the taxes will be higher for all. A number of years ago the city tried to annex Knight subdivision and I was asked to talk to all the residents. I went to the city planning department who informed me the current and future cost of annexation would increase the city's cost resulting in higher taxes to all city residents. Further. the Water Commissioner informed me that to be tax efficient an annexation should have at least 200 homes.

What is the real agenda behind the city actions? We are entitled to know.
