Mundelein picks up tourney win against Grant

Mundelein 47, Grant 44: Freshman Morgan Frank scored 12 points, sinking two of the Mustangs' nine 3-pointers.

Sarah Ouimet added 10 points, including a pair of 3s, and Rachel Tipperreiter added 9 points on a trio of 3-pointes, as Mundelein improved to 2-1 in its own Thanksgiving tournament. Kendall Wald had 8 points, including two 3s, for the Mustangs.

Grant (0-3) was led by Mallory Harrity with 17 points and Ally Mahinay with 14.

Mundelein led 20-17 at halftime and 32-24 after three quarters.
