Man arrested in Oak Brook accused of providing dental care without license
A man accused of providing dental care without a license was arrested in Oak Brook Friday, police said.
James V. D'Alise, whose dental license is revoked, has been charged with six counts of practicing without a license, officials said.
According to police, Oak Brook detectives, along with investigators for the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, took D'Alise into custody just before 11:30 a.m. Friday at his office, 1301 W. 22nd St. After being booked at the Oak Brook Police Department, he was released on bond.
The investigation remains active, police said.
