A McHenry man is charged with drug-induced homicide after being accused of delivering a fatal dose of heroin, fentanyl and cocaine to his sister, the Chicago Tribune is reporting.

Christopher C. Crimaldi, 41, is held in the McHenry County jail on $1 million bail and is additionally charged with a count of delivery of a controlled substance, the Tribune reports.
