How does world see Trump's behavior?

On Feb. 8, President Trump spoke to members of the National Sheriff and Police Association. His primary message was to justify his executive order banning immigrants from selected countries, the dynamics and controversy of which are well known by now.

In order to add credibility to his action, he stated, "I was a very good student. I have very good comprehension. In fact, I can comprehend better than anyone."

Remember during the campaign when he said, "I know more than all the generals". Please, everyone listen to what this man says. Please pay special attention to how he uses the pulpit of the presidency as a vehicle for self promotion.

How do world leaders digest Trump's self proclamations? This is really serious stuff - our president bragging like like an insecure pre-adolescent. We must stop and think about all he says and hold him accountable.

No longer can we dismiss his utterances as simply a personal style in getting his point across. I have witnessed the public behavior of many, many presidents. Never, anything like this.

And so our president continues with inane commentary, continues to slam the media, continues to slam the judicial system and has disparaged selected retail chains.

Someday it may come to pass that our Celebrity President will do something so deplorable, that we will say, "You're fired!"
