Lake Zurich property sold

Entre Commercial Realty said it represented Exeter Property Group in its purchase of a 122,048 square foot, high image facility in Lake Zurich from 1300 Rose Road LLC (Powernail).

The seller will be leasing back approximately 65 percent of the facility on a long term lease, while the remaining portion of the building has another tenant in place.

This 122,048 square-foot building features 28' clear height, expansion land, low Lake County taxes, and was built in 2005.
