Dramatic comedy "Uncommon Women and Others" opens in Antioch Jan. 29

"Uncommon Women and Others," a dramatic comedy, will be opening Jan. 29 at the PM&L Theatre, 877 N. Main St., in Antioch and will run Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for three weeks.

It is the story of alumnae from Mount Holyoke College meeting for lunch in 1978 to talk about their experiences, some raunchy, others sobering. Because of adult content and language, the show is recommended for audiences aged 16 and up.

Performances are 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, and 2:30 p.m. Sundays through Feb. 14. Tickets are $15 for adults and $13 for seniors and students at www.pmltheatre.com. Tickets also can be reserved at (847) 395-3055.
