Palatine falls to Lake Zurich

Julian Campbell scored 17 points but Palatine's comeback effort fell short Monday against Lake Zurich in the third place game of LZ's MLK boys basketball tournament.

David Balanganayi added 10 points for the Pirates (8-12), who trailed 39-33 entering the fourth quarter.

Marshawn Rayford had 9 points for Palatine and Luke Seiffert added 8.
