Jayden Johnson hit five 3-pointers and scored 20 points Saturday to lead the Batavia boys basketball team to a 78-55 nonconference win at Plainfield South.

Eric Peterson added 11 points for the Bulldogs (12-3), who have won 6 of their last 7 games.

West Aurora 58, DeKalb 43: Traevon Brown had 19 points, Camron Donatlan 11 and Damian Virgen 10 to lead the Blackhawks (10-4) to a nonconference win.
