Get college admissions tips at Grayslake library event

The Grayslake Area Public Library will host an event to help high school students land a spot at the school of their dreams.

From 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, former college admissions staff members will share their top tips for researching colleges, selecting where to apply, how to craft the best college application essay and more. The experts are from My College Planning Team, a company based in Downers Grove.

The Grayslake Area Public Library is at 100 Library Lane.
