Parts Town moves up private company list

ADDISON - Parts Town, a distributor of food service equipment parts, has advanced to become the 75th largest privately held company in Chicago as ranked by Crain's Chicago Business, the company said.

The list recognizes the largest private companies in the Chicago area and ranks them by annual revenue and team member growth. Parts Town achieved its rank by reporting over $1.04 billion in revenue in 2021, a 32.8% increase from 2020, as well as an 8.5% increase in locally based, full-time team members.

"We are proud of Parts Town's continued growth and momentum," said CEO Steve Snower. "Our strong customer and manufacturer partnerships, exceptional team members and an unwavering commitment to our core values have been and continue to be the keys to our success."

Parts Town has grown rapidly through strong organic growth and more than 20 strategic acquisitions, including REPA Group, a European leader in parts distribution, and Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, a leading national distributor of residential appliance parts, consumer electronic parts, health and wellness parts and other related products.
