Upholding separation

The World Health Organization (WHO) is still stating that masks are not necessary, unless a person is caring for a sick person. Does the governor and the Daily Herald know more about this than the WHO?

Unfortunately, I was at a grocery store a few days ago. People still don't get this separation thing. (And, no, it's not OK to violate the separation thing "for only a few seconds.") Furthermore, the employees at this store were the worst violators. There needs to be a limit on how many people can be in the store at any one time.
