Oppose candidates who attack democracy

A party that doesn't demand better of their candidates should not receive a single of our votes. Kowtowing to their former standard-bearer, the Republican party holds their noses and sidles alongside Trump-endorsed candidates, believing they can win elections by constricting voting rights and promoting the baseless lie that the most secure election in our history was stolen.

Funded by self-enriching billionaires, white nationalists, delusional conspiracy theorists and gullible ill-informed constituents, there's plenty of GOP money to spend on hate rallies and vitriolic alternative-fact-filled campaign ads for candidates unworthy of our votes.

A party of impotent, subservient followers cannot be relied upon to stand up to the aggression of hostile foreign nations or tackle the tough issues of climate change, gun violence and immigration reform. Too cowed to speak out against the attack on our Capitol or to condemn the bigoted, violence-inciting rantings of their former defeated standard bearer, the Republican party cowers at the feet of amoral bullies.

Every voter bears the responsibility of preserving our democracy. Vote for candidates who will stand against attacks on our democratic principles and who will fearlessly lead us to a better future for all Americans.
