Grains mostly higher and livestock mixed
Wheat for Sept. fell 3.75 cents at 4.95 a bushel; Sept. corn rose 3 cents at 3.1450 a bushel, Sept. oats was up 1.25 cents at $2.65 a bushel; while Aug. soybeans advanced 12.50 cents at $8.9050 a bushel.
Beef was higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Aug. live cattle rose 1.70 cents at $1.0635 a pound; Aug. feeder cattle was up .75 cent at $1.4450 a pound; while Aug. lean hogs was off .17 cent at $.5290 a pound.
