Million Edition of 'Breakfast at Arlington' set for Sunday

Arlington International Racecourse will host a special Million Edition of its "It's Breakfast at Arlington" program on Sunday, Aug. 4.

Guests will dine while watching morning training. The menu includes classic scrambled eggs, applewood smoke bacon, sausage links, waffles with seasonal berries and more. Cocktails will be available for purchase.

After breakfast, for an additional fee guests can enjoy a private tour featuring the jockeys' room, racing office, paddock, TV control room, winner's circle and backstretch barn. Tour locations are subject to change. Bus transportation will be provided to shuttle tour participants to and from the grandstand and backstretch.

The Arlington Million, the track's signature event, is set for Saturday, Aug. 10.

Gates open for Sunday's breakfast at 8:30 a.m., with breakfast buffet from 9 to 11 a.m. the cost is $35 with a tour ticket and $20 for an adult without a tour and $15 for youth.
