It's not that hard to keep track of deadlines

This is in response to Sean Herling, who wrote "How does Gov. Rauner get the reminder?" referring to license plate sticker renewals. The answer is he takes responsibility for his bills. Look at your license plate and see it has a date on it. Write it on your calendar.

Now vehicle emissions tests are trickier. You need to call for next test date. That's what I did to find out the test is needed every other year before license sticker renewal.
