Annual Barrington Sale Days returning next week

The annual Barrington Sale Days will return throughout the village July 25-27, when dozens of retailers will be participating by offering special sales, deals and events.

Among the participants will be merchants at Cook and Station streets, Ice House Mall, the Foundry of Barrington, the Shops on Lageschulte and other retailers in the Northwest Highway corridor.

"The annual Sale Days are a wonderful annual tradition in Barrington," said Patty Dowd Schmitz, the village's director of communications, marketing and events. "Many merchants take advantage of the opportunity to place merchandise on their sidewalks, so that shoppers can stroll throughout town and enjoy all that Barrington has to offer."
