CF Industries declares quarterly dividend of 30 cents

DEERFIELD - CF Industries Holdings' Board of Directors declared a 30 cent per share dividend on its common stock, payable on May 31 to stockholders of record as of May 13.

CF Industries Holdings, through its subsidiaries, is a manufacturer and distributor of nitrogen products, serving both agricultural and industrial customers.
