Round Lake area Shop with Cop donations sought

Round Lake Park and area police officers with Lake County reserve deputies on Dec. 9 will escort children in need on a Christmas present shopping spree, allowing them to choose toys, books, and clothing for the 23rd annual "Shop with a Cop" program.

Families were chosen through nominations from local schools and churches. The goal is to provide 60 children each with $100 in presents.
