Blackhawks sign Slavin to entry-level contract

The Blackhawks agreed to terms Tuesday with forward Josiah Slavin on a two-year entry-level contract that runs through the 2022-23 season.

The deal carries a salary cap hit of $842,500.

Slavin, who was a seventh-round pick in 2018, will report to Rockford on an amateur tryout.

Slavin led Colorado College with 8 assists and 13 points this season.
