The Foxconn con job

Wisconsin Assembly Speaker Robin Vos ought not lecture about the perceived environmental non-impacts of Foxconn. Foxconn will have both local and regional environmental impacts and to attempt to deny or rationalize them is disingenuous.

The state of Wisconsin has betrayed its long history of science-based resource management to lure Foxconn under the reign of Scott Walker and Speaker Vos. The relaxation of environmental regulations and the granting of an outrageous $3 billion incentive package is an unfortunate public subsidy of private enterprise.

Wisconsin is indeed "open for business" and is sadly willing to underwrite it. Wisconsin residents/taxpayers should be angry at this leadership.
