Mobile COVID-19 testing coming to Carpentersville

Mobile COVID-19 testing is coming to Carpentersville on Sunday.

The Kane County Health Department announced Tuesday the Illinois Department of Public Health will host testing from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Dundee-Crown High School, 1500 Kings Road, Carpentersville.

Testing is free and open to anyone regardless of symptoms. A phone number and name are required to receive test results but photo identification is not required.

Nasal swab testing will be performed and results can be expected in four to seven calendar days.

Additional testing is available in Kane County, including at 2450 N. Farnsworth Ave., Aurora, across the street from the Chicago Premium Outlets. For more information regarding COVID-19 testing, call the health department at (630) 208-3801.
