Palatine Bike Trail underpass closed for restoration

The Palatine Bike Trail Underpass beneath Hicks Road is closed for restoration as of Tuesday, with an estimated completion date of Saturday, Dec. 3, according to the Palatine Park District.

During this time, the park district asks that cyclists plan to cross at the signal on East Carpenter Drive and connect with the trail at the end of Carpenter.
