Naperville opens Midday Spray at Rotary Hill

Naperville Park District is launching a new free event from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. weekdays in July at Rotary Hill, overlooking the downtown Riverwalk and Millennium Carillon.

The Midday Spray, which opens Thursday, July 9. features a sprinkler that gives off a cooling mist.

"We hope families will enjoy bringing a picnic lunch to Rotary Hill, where kids can run through the water and cool off on these hot summer days," Executive Director Ray McGury said.
