Restore Aurora fund to help businesses impacted by looting and vandalism

Several Aurora economic development and business organizations have launched the Restore Aurora Business Relief Program to help businesses clean up and rebuild after looting and vandalism May 31 and June 1.

The program started accepting donations Tuesday and will begin accepting applications from businesses in Aurora and North Aurora that are in need of funds on Wednesday.

Grants to be provided through the program are intended to offset costs not covered by businesses' insurance policies.

To donate or access an application, visit InvestAurora.org/Restore.

The program is organized by Invest Aurora, the City of Aurora's nonprofit economic development office, along with the Aurora Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Aurora Regional Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Quad County African American Chamber of Commerce.
