No new info on shooting death of 15-year-old Aurora girl
Aurora police continue to investigate the weekend shooting death of a 15-year-old girl, a police spokesman said Monday afternoon.
No other information has been released about the death of Jasmine Noble.
Noble was a student at East Aurora High School. The school district announced Monday that support workers will be available at East High and the Extension Campus to help students and staff deal with the news of Noble's death. Officials also said students can access assistance by contacting a school counselor or social worker.
Students are off this week for the Thanksgiving holiday.
Police were called to the 400 block of Florida Avenue around 12:20 a.m. Sunday. Noble was pronounced dead at the scene.
