Gurnee Mills to host annual Fire Safety Expo

The annual Fire Safety Expo, which features fun and information in equal measures, will be held at Gurnee Mills on May 18.

The free event will feature plenty of kid-friendly activities such as riding in a fire truck and sliding down a fire pole. The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Parking Lot G, near Floor & Decor on the north end of Gurnee Mills.

The expo is presented by the Lake County Fire Chief's Association, and members of the Gurnee Fire Department will be in attendance.
