Hanover Township hosts Fun Night Aug. 9

To celebrate another successful summer season, Hanover Township families are invited to the Open Gym Family Fun Night from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, at the Hanover Township Izaak Walton Center and Reserve, 899 Jay St. in Elgin.

This event will give families an opportunity to spend time together, have fun, and engage with Open Gym staff and other families that take part in the program. Admission is free.

Activities include face painting, an ice cream eating contest and bounce house. Hot dogs, popcorn and snow cones available to everyone.
