Open house on Patriot Path project

The third and final public hearing for the study of the Patriot Path along Route 137 to connect Libertyville, Green Oaks, Waukegan and North Chicago, will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3, at Independence Grove Forest Preserve, 16400 W. Buckley Road, Libertyville. The purpose of the open house session is to present the preferred alignment, identify potential needed right of way and provide a project schedule.
