President is a danger to America
In a letter to this forum published Jan. 15, Paula Kurland admonishes The Daily Herald for printing "such blatantly biased news articles, especially where it involves our current Administration." She describes such reporting as "disconcerting." I would submit that what is truly disconcerting is the fact that we have a dangerous, ignorant, egotistic, narcissistic, embarrassing, racist, disgusting and evil buffoon in the form of Donald Trump currently occupying the Oval Office.
Trump is so clueless as to have no idea that taunting a deranged psychopath about unleashing a nuclear missile might not be the best way to provide American society with any sense of security. His behavior is reflective of a bully who always has to have his way no matter what the cost. He thinks along the lines of so what if Un hits the United States with a nuclear warhead and kills millions of Americans. I'll hit him with 10 times as much. We might lose several million people, but we'll wipe him and his entire country off the face of the earth. To Trump, the millions of his fellow citizens that might die is just collateral damage. Well worth it for him to be able to boast that he won yet another contest which, unfortunately, is just how he would look at such a situation.
Now, we'll all have to live with this cancer for another three years. Maybe those who voted for this fraud in president's clothing will wake up by then and help vote him out of office. Hopefully, waking up is something we'll all still be able to do because while we should be concerned with the words and actions of Kim Jong Un, we too should be very concerned with the words and actions of Donald Trump.
