Smodilla will stand up for taxpayers

For too long, the Illinois Senate has just been another chamber controlled by the Democratic leadership in Springfield.

The supermajority has been complicit in the current fiscal mess that is our state. We need a senator who will stand up for the taxpayers and not the politically connected.

Tracy Smodilla will be that senator. Tracy has been a fighter for taxpayers, parents, and the local community. Her private sector experience, including running her own small business, shows she can keep to a budget.

She has helped to promote economic development in Bartlett and worked as an advocate for parents and students with New You 46.

Cristina Castro, like Mike Noland before her, will just be another toy soldier in the Madigan/Cullerton machine. Her platform is nothing but usual Democratic talking points with no real solutions.

Taxpayers need someone in their corner. Tracy Smodilla has the conscience to know what's right and the spine to stand up for it.
