Aurora woman goes missing

An Aurora woman is missing, police said Saturday.

Melissa Vasquez, 21, has gone missing from the 300 block of West Park Avenue, according to a Tweet from the Aurora Police Department. She has the mental capacity of an 8-year-old but is verbal and knows her name, police said.

Vasquez is 5-foot-2 and 150 pounds with dark hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray long sleeve t-shirt with “ATMI” on the sleeve, blue jeans and black shoes.
