SureWerx acquires NEOS Overshoe

ELGIN - SureWerx, a provider of safety, tool and equipment products, said it has acquired NEOS Overshoe from Rocky Brands Inc.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Since 1993, Vermont-based NEOS Overshoe has been designing and manufacturing overshoes built to keep feet and shoes dry and protected in harsh environments. NEOS products are available to workers across a broad spectrum of industries, including logistics, transportation, utilities, law enforcement and agriculture.

Overshoe options include integrated ice cleats to minimize slips and falls during winter use, and non-spiked versions offering 100% protection for your footwear of choice from wet, muddy, snowy and icy conditions.
