'Wheel' gridlock

I enjoyed the article about the Chicago contestants who will appear on "Wheel Of Fortune." I'm assuming the phrase whose clue appeared at the top of the article was "GRID LOCK", which would be a reference to the difficulty the contestants had reaching the filming location through the emerging road construction projects in our area.
