Model profile: Jericho II at Stonebridge
The grand opening of the new Jericho II model home at Stonebridge is now underway. The community will feature 60 homes on 59 acres of rolling land with mature trees and a pond in Hawthorn Woods.
William Ryan Homes offers ranch and two-story homes with three to five bedrooms, two to 3½ baths, finished basements and two- or three-car tandem garages.

The model shows a neutral decor throughout the main level with design by Leslie Frazier of Chicago-based Frazier Designs.
The two-story Jericho II model is priced from $515,990 and features 3,304 square feet, four bedrooms, 2½ baths, a finished basement and three-car tandem garage. The home is available with a number of options, many of which are highlighted in the model.
A staircase visually separates the front formal areas from the expansive casual living space to the rear.
In the living room, a sofa and two chairs provide seating while the dining room features a fabulous deep tray ceiling and contemporary artwork along with a large wood table and chairs. A butler's pantry with cabinets, sink and wine cooler sits off the dining room.
The showpiece kitchen with super island features stainless steel appliances, custom white cabinetry with granite countertops, backsplash and walk-in pantry. Off the kitchen, the builder's signature morning room with vaulted ceiling is light and bright and accesses the deck.
