Hiking program returns

Hikers can earn a commemorative shield while exploring seven designated "Hike Lake County" trails between Aug. 15 and Nov. 30. Look for the Hike Lake County logo at the trailhead at each location to get started on the right route. Bicycling or horseback riding do not count toward the program.
