Palatine Twp. offering funding for local charities

Palatine Township is encouraging charitable organizations who serve township residents to apply for funding from a grant program before a Sept. 23 deadline.

The township will assess the applications they receive and award money to organizations who best demonstrate how they help Palatine-area residents.

Palatine Township includes Palatine, Inverness and portions of Deer Park, Rolling Meadows, Barrington and Arlington Heights.

The deadline for applications is 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23. Application information can be found at palatinetownship.com/funding-request-forms.
