Waubonsee ousted from JUCO nationals

Germaine Roebuck had a big day with 26 points and 8 rebounds but the Waubonsee Community College men's basketball team saw its season come to an end Friday with a 76-68 loss to Johnson County CC of Kansas in the consolation bracket of the NJCAA Division II National Tournament in Danville, Ill.

Deon Ward added 18 points for the Chiefs, who finished the season 26-10.
