Adelphia Properties brokers sale of restaruant building

VILLA PARK - Adelphia Properties recently brokered the sale of a 5,400 square foot, vacant free-standing restaurant building in Villa Park.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The listing generated multiple offers. The building is situated on .75 acres that offers frontage and visibility on a highly traveled commercial corridor at 10 E Roosevelt Road.

George Spirrison, CCIM, and Simeon Spirrison, CCIM, of Adelphia Properties represented the seller, a private Chicago-based real estate investor. A local Chicago-based private user/investor purchased the property.
