Carillon concert to honor longtime supporter's memory

The Tuesday evening Summer Recital Series at the Naperville Millennium Carillon will conclude with a concert at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18, to honor the memory of former resident Chuck Seidel, who recently passed away. Former City Carillonneur Wylie Crawford and current City Carillonneur Tim Sleep will present the concert along the downtown Riverwalk at Rotary Hill.

Seidel was a founding member of the Millennium Carillon Foundation and a driving force behind the project.

The hourlong concert will be livestreamed via Facebook Live on the Naperville Millennium Carillon Facebook page.
