The Batavia Chamber of Commerce celebrated the ribbon cutting ceremony of The PRIDE Store and Taco Urbano at 200 N. Randall Road, Batavia with Mayor Jeff Schielke and Mario Spina, CEO of The Pride Store. The store was recently renovated and a new car wash and fresh-to-order restaurant were added.
Ross Dress for Less ("Ross"), the nation's largest off-price apparel and home fashion chain, is the newest addition to Cermak Plaza in Berwyn. In partnership with the City of Berwyn and Berwyn Development Corp., Ross Dress for Less, at 7065 W. Cermak Road, held a grand opening celebration on March 5. The 27,000 square foot store is part of the Cermak Plaza redevelopment project.
The Itasca Chamber of Commerce held a ceremonial ribbon cutting at the office of new members, BlueGrace Logistics at 900 N. Arlington Heights Road, Itasca. Village of Itasca Mayor Jeff Pruyn did the honor of cutting the ribbon with BlueGrace Logistics employees.
The Geneva Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Guaranteed Rate Inc., 716 W. State St., Unit E in Geneva. Chamber of Commerce Membership Director Judy Carroll and City of Geneva Alderman Ron Singer hold the ribbon while Branch Manager Matt Paradis cuts the ribbon.
Hoffman Estates Chamber of Commerce & Industry recently hosted a ribbon cutting for Sugarjones, 2632 N. Sutton Road in Hoffman Estates.
The Schaumburg Business Association celebrated the Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting of Creative Group Inc. at 200 N. Martingale in Schaumburg.
